Hi, I’m Crystal Hoban, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing virtual therapy services across New York. I graduated from Syracuse University and have over 8 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through relationship challenges, communication difficulties, emotional stress, and life transitions.
I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe exploring difficult emotions, patterns, and conversations. My work focuses on helping people build healthier communication skills, strengthen emotional connection, and develop healthier ways of resolving conflict so they can feel more understood, supported, and secure in their relationships.
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel emotionally safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and truly heard. My goal is to help clients create deeper connection within themselves and with the people they care about most.
